All deposits are non-refundable regardless of circumstance. Each client is allowed 2 reschedules as long as notice is given no less than 24 hours prior to the original appointment.
Clients are expected to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior, and no later than 5 minutes after the appointment time. If a client arrives after 15 minutes have passed after the appointment time, they are subject to lose their deposit.
No-call-no-shows will lose their deposit, along with their phone number being blocked. No future services will be provided.
A client is not entitled to the agreed upon appointment slot until a deposit is given. The only exception to the deposit policy is Military.
